Are you growing bored of the foods you have been eating and want some new ideas? Sometimes it may seen overwhelming to try and cook a new recipe or come up with creative ideas for meals, so we tend to stick to what we know. However, trying a new recipe can actually can be quite simple and make all the difference to actually enjoying what you're eating.

Comment by Desmond Brown on March 22, 2012 at 8:08pm I can name all of the different meals that I always end up eating on a weekly basis, rarely do I ever have time to cook something different because the quickness and ease of making hamburger helper and spaghetti. I always like the idea of making another recipe but I usually don't have the time to spare to make something I am not familiar with, even though it may be quick and simple to make I usually over think the whole process which leads to me messing up. I have had asked for a recipe from a friend which was helpful but I could use some more ideas.

I'm so glad i read this blog it really opened up my mind to think of new ideas for different kind of foods and how to go about getting idfferent reciepe ideas. I also did not know we had a campus wellness cooking demo that I will defintly have to check out for sure.
