The East Carolina Alumni Association is accepting applications for scholarships for the 2013-14 academic year through Jan. 31. Scholarships of $1,000 and $2,500 are available to qualifying full-time undergraduates with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. The evaluation of scholarship applicants is based on the following:
? Demonstrated leadership
? Service/Volunteerism
? One signed letter of recommendation (that speaks to the applicant’s involvement in University/community related extracurricular activities or employment)
Complete applications are due to the Alumni Center or postmarked by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 31, 2013. Please do not fax applications.
